Westlake Village, California
Southshore Hills was built in two phases, phase one in 1970, and phase two in 1973. In phase one, the model homes were on Bayside Court. In phase two, the model homes were on Kinross Court. Phase one consisted of 7 models. In phase two, they dropped three of the models and added the 210 model, which was popular in other Westlake communities.
